The B&D Tough Panel The B&D P7The B&D Tough Panel steel sectional overhead door is built for industrial and commercial use. This door is a super heavy duty door that is not only strong but has the option of incorporating windows and insulation in each individual panel.
This door is available in sizes from 1370mm to 4500mmin height and 2000mm to 5500mm in width.
Benefits and Features of the Tough Panel.

- Panels manufactured from 0.6mm roll formed steel
- Wheels have ballbearings for a smoother and more durable operation.
- The springs of the B&D Tough Panel are designed to comply with the Australian Standard of 20,000 cycles.
- Reinforcing for wide doors: – Doors up to and including 3545mm – bottom panel only
- Rolled edges (instead of raw steel edges)on stiles, horizontal panel edges and reinforcing eliminates any possibility of cutting yourself on the edges.

Colours
The Toughpanel is available in an extensive range of not only Colorbond but also Timbagrain options. It is also available in the same colours as the Panelift series.
Finishes
Woodgrain and smooth finish.
Note: The process of roll forming sheet steel may cause irregularities in flat panel surfaces. Woodgrain texture improves the door aesthetics.
Window options
4.5mm acrylic window inserts are available in two sizes, 300mm x 730mm and 85mm x 380mm. Expanded aluminium mesh windows are also available and can be added to individual panels. These windows measure 300mm x 730mm.
Insulation
The B&D Tough Panel industrial sectional door can be manufactured fully insulated. Panels may be filled with polystyrene foam and backed with Zincalume or Colorbond sheets. This helps to minimise the transfer of heat and sound from one side of the door to the other.

The B&D P7™ Industrial sectional overhead door is specifically designed for commercial and industrial applications. The P7™ is an innovative sectional door that can be purpose designed to suit its application.
The P7™’s aluminium frame is lightweight and holds different styles of panel inserts. These include a range of durable, long lasting materials such as acrylic, aluminium and fibreglass.
The frame itself can be installed with over 100 choices of powder coat finishes, ensuring enough choices to complement the décor of any building. The P7™ door’s hinged horizontal panels lift up and lay parallel with the ceiling when open and due to brilliant design, does not protrude outside the opening at any point of time during operation. The door provides full walk in clearance when in the open position as long as the correct headroom is available.
The P7 Industrial door is available in sizes from 1370mm to 4500mm high and 1800mm to 7620mm wide.
