There is no power on the unit, but there is power supplied at the power-point. You may also be unable to set limits and/or code Remote controls.

B&D™ CAD5 Control Board

Suitable for use on CAD5 Roller door openers.

When you might need this?
There is power at the power-point, but no power at the opener. You may have experienced a power surge / spike / black out, and the opener has not worked since. Alternatively, you may be unable to code in new remote controls and/or the opener is no longer responding to any of your remote controls.
