Having sort of diagnosed the issue in his last visit, Nick spent little time in degreasing the troubled parts & eliminated the discomforting noise. Jan 2026: Having picked up squealing door noises during opening/closing a week following the recent service, Nick came back for an early morning warranty call & spent nearly half an hour testing the door & investigating the issue, followed by fresh lubrication to the door. We were asked to monitor the issue, which unfortunately resurfaced soon after (progressing from squealing to groaning door sounds worsening again during the hot afternoons!) Jan 2026: Nick attended during Jan for a routine door service including lubrication & testing. Also left us a complimentary additional remote as one of our old ones was playing up! Really appreciate that gesture Nick! Mar/ Apr 2024: AGG Doors installed a new Merlin motor for us in early 2024 at short notice. The technician who came in then expertly changed over the motor, tested & handed over to us with adequate training. Despite not having the specific model at hand, he actually arranged for his office to drive in the correct motor while he stayed on site. Super efficient!!
