Panel doors, also known as Sectional doors, consist of 4-6 rectangular panels that slide up & overhead. They occupy the same amount of internal garage space as tilt doors (with the exception of jamb-type fittings), although they may require more headroom for installation.
Panel doors look more “classy” when compared to the roller door, as they are available in numerous styles, tints and can be made from various materials, whereas the roller door has very limited options. The tilt doors “blank canvas”, on the other hand, is just as customisable as the panel door.
