T-Type Systems

Confirm the exact T150, T250 or T300 system

T-Type tilt-door fittings are selected as complete systems. Door size, an old weight figure or visual similarity alone is not enough to select a safe replacement.

Earlier AGG references included:

  • T150, T250 and T300 fitting sets and site packs;
  • T150, T250 and T300 springs;
  • T150, T250 and T300 power arms;
  • left- and right-hand top weather-seal and wheel assemblies; and
  • T150 and T250/T300 kicker bolts.

These names support identification only. They do not confirm current stock, current specifications or interchangeability. The image shows a tilt-door type generally, not a T-Type fitting diagram.

Selection and Safety

Do not select fittings from door size alone

Provide photographs of both complete fitting assemblies, the current part number, left/right handing, the viewing convention used and the door construction.

Professional assessment is required because:

  • springs and power arms are loaded hardware;
  • door construction and balance affect fitting selection;
  • left- and right-hand components must be identified correctly;
  • site packs and fitting sets may have different inclusions; and
  • legacy parts may require a supported alternative.

Do not loosen, remove, stretch or substitute springs, arms, brackets or fittings as a DIY repair.
