Thanks Nick F! Friendly, informative, got the job done. From booking to arrival – less than 48 hours. Could not have asked for a better experience in resolving what turned out to be three issues with my 30 year-old roller door. Explained as you went with the first two issues including the risk if tightening the springs was unsuccessful. The final hurdle was the old wall unit, at 30 years old and as you explain never rated for outdoor use it’s a miracle it lasted as long as it did. New unit installed, and had all the parts with you, and was able to install one that was Bluetooth ready, should I want go down that path. You were also kind enough to identify that there was an issue with the length of the locking bolt and the noise of the door action. Both both resolved on the spot.

I was recommended your business by a long-term customer of over 20 years, I’ve just messaged her this morning to say I owe her a bottle of bubbles for such a fantastic recommendation. Five stars would recommend to everyone.

Absolutely fantastic service from Sam and Nela on reception. My garage door popped gave up the ghost at about 11am and it was all fixed by 7pm. We initially thought both springs would be replaced but Sam said it was unnecessary and i just needed a new bolt, so the final price was less than the quote. Thoroughly recommend such an amazing company – who are so reputable and trustworthy and guarantee their work.

I had a problem with my garage door last week – and Reece came to have a look at it. Reece arrived on time, assessed the situation and went about doing what needed to be done to fix it. It was a complex problem but Reece went above & beyond to make sure everything was working by the time he left. We just had gate sensors installed to prevent our gates closing on vehicle’s coming and going. Very happy with the end result. We also had our gates reprogrammed and they are now operating efficiently for the first time in a while. Highly recommend AGG gates. Massive thanks to Josh and Reece for there exceptional service.

I was pleasantly surprised when Tom from AGG arrived, assuring me he could repair it. I had an accident with my large automatic gate and within 15mins he had the gate as good as new.

I recently had to replace my door board with galvanised sheets, but the change in weight caused issues with the motor and spring tension.
After several vendors failed to fix the problem, it was getting really frustrating.

After persistent issues with door in our new home in Healesville, Bill came out to repair. He was punctual and communication was great at all times.

Not only did he fix the door issue, he also installed a remote opener and programmed it for me. I should add that this was not a purchase through AGG, nor was the price altered to reflect this. Absolutely amazing service for the price quoted.
