B&D Product Support

Start with the exact opener and remote model

B&D equipment covers multiple product generations, coding systems and door applications. A logo, casing shape or remote colour is not proof of compatibility.

For a useful support enquiry, provide:

  • the door type and opener model;
  • the remote model and frequency label;
  • the receiver or control-board model;
  • clear photographs of the opener label, existing remote and relevant connections; and
  • a description of the fault without removing covers.

AGG Doors can then check current parts, coding information and supported alternatives.

Compatibility

Legacy equipment may need a supported upgrade

B&D remotes and receivers are not interchangeable across every generation. Use instructions written for the exact opener or receiver installed.

Before ordering:

  • confirm the exact model and radio frequency;
  • confirm current stock and product status;
  • check whether a receiver, control or opener upgrade is required; and
  • arrange an assessment if the door is heavy, jammed, unbalanced or mechanically damaged.

Do not apply generic coding steps to another model, and do not work on exposed control wiring or high-tension door hardware.
