Our standard call-out fee is $249 including GST (Monday to Friday). A simple realignment costs less than replacing rollers or damaged track, and we provide a fixed quote on-site before starting.
We don’t recommend it. The door is heavy and under tension, and forcing it risks injury and further damage. An off-track door also usually has an underlying fault that needs fixing properly.
The most common causes are vehicle impact, worn or broken rollers, a snapped cable, or bent tracks. We’ll identify the exact cause during the diagnosis.
Most repairs are completed in 30–60 minutes. If a track section or rollers need replacing, we carry common parts on every van.
